Deep Groove Ball Bearings

Deep groove ball bearings are the most widely used type of bearings. NIBL deep groove ball bearings are robust, simple in design, non-separable, can support both radial & combined loads, and can be used in high speed applications with low maintenance.

Range

NIBL deep groove ball bearings are available in three different variant sizes; 6000, 6200 and 6300. As a standard, our bearings are manufactured with an internal diameter of 10mm to 65mm for 6000 & 6300 series bore size and from 10mm-60mm for the 6300 series bore size with C2, C3 and C4 clearances with either seals or shields. We offer customized bearings for unique application requirements

Spherical Roller Bearing

NIBL’s self-aligning double-row spherical roller bearings are a combination of radial and axial bearings. These are designed to operate even if shaft and housing are, or become, misaligned under load. The internal design of the spherical roller bearings enables them to withstand very high radial loads and axial loads in both directions. These type of heavy duty bearing are the preferred choice when conditions include heavy loads, difficulties in establishing or maintaining housing alignment, or when shaft deflection is expected. These bearings can take high degrees of misalignment depending on the size and series of the bearing. shaft deflection and housing distortion caused by shock or heavy loads, which lead to misalignment, are compensated for by the internal self-alignment of the bearing elements during operation. The corner loading of rollers, a condition that limits service life on other types of bearings, cannot develop in spherical roller bearings. The inherent compensation for misalignment provided by the spherical roller bearing offers the designer the opportunity to use weldments for housing frames instead of complex castings, eliminating high cost machining operations. Even when castings may be preferred, bore alignment is less critical if spherical roller bearings are specified. Unit design and construction also makes the spherical roller bearing convenient to handle during installation or maintenance. Most types have circular grooves and lubricating holes in the outer ring. This feature facilitates more effective lubrication. NIBL manufactures spherical roller bearings with cylindrical and tapered bore. Tapered bore bearings may be used either in Plummer blocks or conventional housings

Range

The standard NIBL spherical roller bearings are available from 22205-2228 and from 22308-22322. Bearings can be in straight or tapered bore and have clearances ranging from C2-C5.

Cylindrical Roller Bearings

NIBL offers its standard assortment of cylindrical roller bearings in a steel cage in the N, NF, NJ, NU and NUP types with an inner diameter from 20mm to 120mm in C2, C3, C4 and C5 clearances. Due to their cage design, these bearings can accpmodate heavy radial loads, rapid accelerations, and high speeds. We offer customized bearings in brass and polyamide cages for unique application requirements.

Range

NIBL offers its CRB range of bearings with inner diameter from 20mm to 150mm in C2, C3, C4 and C5 clearnances. We can customize bearings in steel, brass or polyamide cages to suit unique application requirements.

Wide Inner Ring Ball Bearings & Housed Units

NIBL wide inner ring bearings provide easy slip fit shaft mountings and additional shaft support. These bearings feature seals with flared lips which firmly contact the ground outer diameter of the inner ring to provide a positive seal against dust, dirt and other contaminants while effectively retaining the lubricant. NIBL wide inner ring bearings have a large grease capacity. These bearings are factory pre-lubricated. Variations : Locking devices: eccentric locking collar, set-screw locking collar; inner ring extended both sides, inner ring extended one side only; Bearings with cylindrical outer diameter.

Bottom Roller Bearings

NIBL manufactures a wide range of Bottom Roller Bearings. These are specifically designed Needle Roller Bearings for long life and low maintenance for Ring Frames. The outer ring of the bearing is crowned to accommodate misalignment in the roller stands. Crowning also helps in preventing early failure of the bearing by distributing the load uniformly. The inner ring has knurling on its flanges, which provides an effective seal to prevent entry of fibres in the bearing and protect it from damage. NIBL Bottom Roller Bearings incorporate a steel cage split in two halves or plastic cage. The design of cage pockets ensures that the needles do not fall and also give them positive and accurate guidance. Lubrication to the bearing is effected through the grease nipple. The bearing is secured on the roller stand very easily by a holder (locating cap). The holder (locating cap) can be customized according to unique application designs.

Range

NIBL Standard Bottom Roller Bearings are available with an inner diameter from 14.2mm-24mm; outer diameter from 28 mm to 32mm.

Cam Followers

Cam followers are designed to run directly on surfaces such as cams, ramps, and slide ways. They are used as track rollers, cam followers, and in a wide range of linear motion systems. In order to meet the operating conditions of heavy radial loads usually accompanied by repeated shocks. NIBL cam followers have a heavy section outer ring of high strength steel hardened to 58 – 62 HR. There is a lubrication groove on the outer ring, which prevents the introduction of impurities into the bearing scaling and galling of the bearing track. The convex (crowned) outer ring tolerating out-of-parallelism of contact surfaces. Crowned outer rings are used where the axis of the cam follower is not parallel to the surface of the track or is skewed relative to the direction of travel. Outer ring with crowned outside surface supports high radial loads and reduces edge stresses which occur due to misalignment. Crowned outer rings are best suited in applications with curved or circular tracks. NIBL offers cam followers with a crowned outer ring as a standard feature. Cam followers with cylindrical outer ring are also available, suffix X. To use cam followers with crowned outer ring as bearings, please consult NIBL. Cam followers with full complement of needles offer the maximum dynamic and static load carrying capability, and anti-friction performance, in a compact design. Cage-guided cam followers provide large space for grease, helpful in applications where re-lubrication is infrequent. This permits operations at high speed. Sealed type cam followers require low maintenance. Their operating temperature is limited due to the grease and seal material which is between -30° C and +100° C. NIBL stud type cam followers consist of a solid stud of high tensile strength with an integral rib on one side, thick-walled outer ring, rolling elements set and a thrust washer pressed on to the other side of the stud. The assembly of these components forms an integrated unit. The area which serves as the race way for the rolling elements and the abutment surfaces are hardened.

Angular Contact Ball Bearings

Single Row Angular Contact Ball Bearings are designed to accommodate axial loads in one direction only. A single row angular Contact ball bearing is adjusted against a second bearing following different arrangements . i.e back to back, Face to Face or Tendem.

The bearing rings have one high and one low shoulder through which contact angle is maintained.

The contact angle in between rings is 40 degrees. The axial Load carrying capacity of angular contact ball bearing increases with increasing contact angle.
